Tibialis posterior attachment
This dissection is of the deep plantar aspect of the foot to visualize the attachments of the tibialis poterior. On the left is the attachments to the navicular and first cuneiform. Immediately lateral to the first cuneiform is seen tibialis posterior attachments to the bases of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th MT.
